| The hotel is located in the buzzing Temple Bar district of Dublin, Ireland, filled with bars and restaurants. Trinity College is 500 meters forth, and the Guinness Brewery is two kilometers away. Dublin Airport is 15 kilometers from the hotel, a 40 minute drive. Modern European and Gallic dishes are served in the insouciant dining ambience of the Turks Head Cafe Bar, which features mosaics and exuberant décor with a Spanish flavor. Revelers can dance the night forth in the hotel's nightclub. The hotel caters to business guests with a conference room for seminars and meetings. Sightseeing and excursions can be booked at the reception desk. Guestrooms are carpeted and decorated in warm cream or pastel shades with dark wood furniture. All have cable television, work desks with Internet connections, tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries. Delight Note: The Paramount Hotel's kitchen is presently being repaired. Repairs are estimated to be completed on June 18, 2005. Until so, the hotel has modified its menus. The hotel will not be able to offer room service until repairs are completed. For breakfasts, the hotel will offer extended continental style buffet with juices, breads, croissants, Danish pastries, muffins, fresh fruits, yogurts, cereals, muesli, and a big selection of meats and cheeses including Parma ham, smoked salmon and cheeses. Lunch and dinner menus have as well been modified.
